If you want to navigate better from one tab to another one, you should put the related tabs side-by-side. This way you can simply move back and forth to browse the tabs for reading the contents. You can simply move a tab by left-clicking on it and, while still holding the left mouse button, you move it to the targeted location. How to select multiple tabs in Chrome
Press the Ctrl button and left-click on all of the targeted tabs. You will notice that all of the selected tabs are highlighted. Then, keep pressing the Ctrl button, and use the left-click to drag them anywhere on the tab bar. The selected tabs will be moved at once. Simple.
